A GoPro Hero-12, mounted under the wing, records 3840 x 2160 at 59.94 fps for some amazing footage outside the aircraft. External mic sounds are added to the final video in editing for extra immersion.
A GoPro Hero-12, mounted behind my left shoulder, records 3840 x 2160 at 59.94 fps. The camera is wired into the Aircraft audio system to record in-cockpit dialog and Air Traffic Control (ATC) audio live.
A GoPro Hero-11 mini, mounted on my head, captures what I see from behind the flight controls. Image stabilization is on to keep head movements fluid and to try and keep the viewer from getting sick!
Don’t have time to sit through a 20-minute flight, no problem! My footage is sped up 200-800% on my videos and edited to keep most content within 6-10 minutes. The footage is not choppy and looks great!
